Personal Fitness Connection, Inc.
Personal Fitness Connection, Inc. (PFC), is a unique 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It was created by a trainer for the specific needs of those clienteles who need not only to lose weight, but develop proper nutritional habits. PFC has steadily increased its presence by focusing on the one lifelong benefit valued for everyone: health and wellness education as the key to optimal growth for our children and families. Programs are designed specific to ensure that health and wellness resources reach those who need them most.

Our strong and successful commitment stems from our understanding and need of meeting the distinct needs of each community we serve. We can provide fun and effective workout options to family members of all ages and interests. The experience we offer at PFC is one of a “friends and family” environment that will transform individuals into becoming all that desire to be.

CEO, Maxine Rolle-Jones, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Master Trainer, Nutritionist, and amongst many other accomplishments. Thus, she promotes freedom through fitness, a healthier lifestyle and memorable experiences; while emphasizing the need of giving our members the most for their dollars. Because we know that a healthy society depends on the wellbeing of all those who comprise it.
The goal of our Wellness program is to improve the lives of those at risk for developing illnesses due to poor health, lack of exercise, and activities.  PFC’s education and activities are designed to focus on teaching individuals and groups how to be active, eat healthy, release stress, reduce risk and healthy coping.
PFC works in collaboration with the Urban League, Silver Sneakers, Local Libraries, and many other partners to provide a comprehensive educational empowerment set of programs, and activities that include community outreach, nutrition seminars and workshops. So, how do you pick your trainer?
